Conversion Agent (Forex Industry)

Hi Tech HR is currently hiring an experienced and results-driven Conversion Agent to join the UK desk of a dynamic and international Forex brokerage. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where your negotiation skills and sales expertise will directly impact revenue growth.

Your Role:

-Communicate with existing and potential clients over the phone and other channels

-Negotiate and close high-value deals efficiently

-Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests

-Proactively work towards achieving individual and team sales targets

-Stay updated on global economic developments and financial market trends

-Maintain accurate client records and interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

-Previous experience as a Conversion Agent in Forex or financial services is a plus

-Ability to work towards sales targets and drive client conversions

-Fluent or native-level English communication skills

-Goal-oriented, ambitious, confident, and self-motivated

-Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving and volatile market

-Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindset
