Role Summary

The Conveyors Offline Lead oversees manual or semi-automated conveyor operations that occur outside main production lines, such as rework, sorting, or specialty pack handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team in oSline sorting, stacking, and transfer operations.
• Maintain workflow eSiciency and product integrity.
• Verify counts and pack order accuracy.
• Communicate with Supervisors on rework priorities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years experience in conveyor or packaging operations.
• Leadership or training experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Prolonged standing and repetitive handling.
• Exposure to conveyor noise and movement.
