Role Summary

The Guillotine Lead oversees precision cutting operations on guillotine machines, used primarily for thicker or lower-volume card runs requiring manual skill and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operators in safe setup and blade alignment.
• Ensure correct cut sizes, angles, and tolerances.
• Monitor blade wear and schedule replacements.
• Maintain production logs and quality inspections.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years cutting or bindery experience.
• Knowledge of guillotine safety and precision cutting methods.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Standing, lifting, and repetitive motion.
• Noise exposure and use of sharp tools.
