THE JOB:

As a Cook at Bellagio's Spago, you'll bring world-class cuisine to life in one of Las Vegas' most iconic fine dining restaurants, where every plate is a masterpiece. Working alongside an exceptional culinary team, you'll combine creativity, precision, and passion to craft unforgettable dishes that elevate every guest's experience. THE STARTING RATE: $26.6831 USD Hourly

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques

• Identify and safely use kitchen equipment

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service

• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation

• Assist kitchen leadership and staff in execution of service

• Maintain solid knowledge, understanding and preparation of base sauces, stocks and soups

• Work as a team, assist all guests' needs and inquiries

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 18 years of age or older

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience as a Cook preferred

• Formal Culinary training preferred
