Coordinator

Blueprints is hiring a Coordinator for our Building Futures Department

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or related field.

Coordinator II: Bachelors’ Degree AND Successful Completion of the HUD Housing Counselor Exam.

This role provides direct support to program participants through intake, assessment, individualized goal planning, ongoing guidance, and referrals to community resources. The position facilitates workshops and program activities, maintains regular communication with participants, and advocates for their needs while ensuring access to appropriate services. Responsibilities also include accurate documentation of participant services and outcomes, maintaining confidentiality, and complying with organizational and regulatory requirements. In addition, the role collaborates with team members and community partners to enhance program effectiveness, support participant success, and increase awareness of available services.
