Teacher - Washington Park

Blueprints is hiring a Teacher at our Washington Park Location

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or advanced degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development; or a Bachelor Degree or advanced degree in Elementary Education with 18 ECE credits and two (2) years’ experience teaching preschool age children; or a Bachelor Degree or advanced degree in a related field with 30 ECE credits and two (2) years’ experience teaching preschool age children.

OR

• Associate Degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education; or an Associate Degree in a related field with 30 ECE credits and two (2) years’ experience teaching preschool age children.

This position is responsible for providing a high-quality early childhood education experience that supports the developmental, educational, and individual needs of each child. The role requires maintaining regular attendance, supervising children, managing the classroom, implementing developmentally appropriate practices, and incorporating early learning standards into daily instruction. Working collaboratively with families, staff, and specialists, the employee monitors children's progress, develops individualized learning goals, and fosters an inclusive learning environment that promotes growth across all developmental domains. Additionally, the position supports family engagement, participates in professional development and required trainings, ensures volunteers and parents understand curriculum expectations, and is responsible for obtaining and reporting Non-Federal In-Kind contributions..

Work Week - M-F 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
