Copywriter – NoA Freelance Network | The North Alliance

We are looking for freelance Copywriters to collaborate across some of the most admired creative, technology and consulting agencies in the Nordics — including Bold,
NoA |Åkestam Holst, NoA Elevate, NoA Ignite, NoA Connect and NoA Consulting.

As part of the NoA Freelance Network, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative, content, brand and digital productions for ambitious clients across industries.

The setup

This is not a traditional freelance listing.

We’re building a long-term network of validated freelancers that can quickly be activated across NoA agencies depending on project needs. The setup is flexible, transparent and built for scale:

• Pre-negotiated hourly rates

• Framework agreements without guaranteed hours

• Access to projects across multiple NoA agencies

• Long-term relationships rather than one-off gigs

The role

As a freelance Copywriter within the NoA network, you may work across:

• Brand campaigns

• Social-first content

• Digital activations

• CRM & lifecycle communication

• Scripts for film and motion

• Concept development and creative ideation

• Always-on communication

Some projects will be highly conceptual and campaign-driven, while others are more production-heavy and execution-focused. We’re looking for people who can move comfortably between both worlds.
