The North Alliance (NoA) is building a curated freelance network of some of the most exciting creative talent across the Nordics.
We are looking for Designers to collaborate across some of the most admired creative, technology and consulting agencies in the Nordics — including Bold, NoA | Åkestam Holst, NoA Elevate, NoA Ignite, NoA Connect and NoA Consulting.
As part of the NoA Freelance Network, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative, content, brand and digital productions for ambitious clients across industries.
About the freelance network
This is not a traditional freelance listing.
We’re building a long-term ecosystem of trusted freelancers that can quickly be activated across NoA agencies depending on project needs, client opportunities and creative collaborations.
The ambition is simple:
Build long-term relationships with outstanding freelance talent
Create a smoother and more scalable way of working across NoA agencies
Match the right people with the right creative challenges
The setup includes:
Pre-negotiated hourly rates
Framework agreements without guaranteed hours
Flexible collaborations across NoA agencies
Access to projects across multiple disciplines, brands and clients
The role
As a freelance Designer within NoA, you’ll create visual content and brand experiences across a wide range of touchpoints — from large-scale identity systems to fast-moving digital campaigns and social-first productions.
Depending on the project, you may:
Develop visual concepts and creative directions
Design content for digital and social platforms
Create campaign assets and brand systems
Build presentations and client-facing material
Collaborate with strategists, creatives, motion designers and developers
Translate strategic thinking into impactful visual communication
You’ll work across both brand and performance-oriented projects, always balancing creativity, craft and platform understanding.
What we’re looking for
You:
Have a strong sense of visual craft, typography, composition and systems thinking
Understand how design needs to adapt across platforms, formats and audiences
Are comfortable working with digital campaigns and content production
Have a sharp eye for detail, precision and visual consistency
Thrive in collaborative and fast-moving creative environments
Are curious about AI, emerging creative tools and modern workflows
Experience within digital product design, UX/UI, motion or social-first production is considered a strong advantage. Agency, design studio or in-house creative experience is highly valued.
