Make a real impact 

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Corporate Lawyer to join our team in Athens as an Associate. 

• Be part of the Legal team, focused mainly on corporate law as well as in other commercial law issues;
• Legal support and advice in the areas of corporate and commercial law;
• Drafting and/or reviewing commercial contracts, business-related documents and other legal documentation;
• Manage client engagements including preparing concise and accurate proposals, documents and reports;
• Liaising with the Greek corporate and other supervising authorities and organizations.

What you bring matters 

• 1 – 2 years of working experience at a law firm, consulting firm or in a large in-house law department with focus on corporate and commercial law;
• Bachelor's degree in Law from a Greek (preferably) or a foreign university;
• A postgraduate degree in any of the above legal fields will be highly regarded;
• Experience in corporate restructurings and transformations should be considered as an asset;
• Active license to practice law in Greece;
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language with strong written and verbal skills;
• Collaborative and consultative team player, with confident and positive attitude, who possesses an ability to work well both independently and in a team environment;
• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships;
• Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced and changing environment;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
