As a Benefit Counter Host, you'll bring your passion for beauty, brows and exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences for every customer who visits the counter.

As one of the leaders in all things brows, you'll be confident in delivering outstanding brow services, including waxing, tinting and shaping. Creating the ultimate brow experience and helping customers look and feel their best will be at the heart of everything you do.

You'll love connecting with customers, building genuine relationships, and becoming their trusted beauty advisor. Whether you're sharing product recommendations, demonstrating application techniques, or helping customers discover their next favourite beauty product, you'll be passionate about bringing the Benefit brand to life.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team. You'll take pride in maintaining a beautifully presented counter, staying on top of stock levels, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

You'll also enjoy attending product training sessions to build your beauty knowledge and stay up to date with the latest Benefit products, services and trends.

Flexibility to support the wider Cosmetics team when required and a positive, can-do attitude are essential for success in this role.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Previous cosmetic or beauty retail experience
• Brow waxing, tinting and shaping experience
• A Beauty Therapy or Brow Artistry qualification is highly desirable
• A genuine passion for beauty, brows and customer service
• Confidence in recommending products and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional who takes pride in their work and customer care
• Reliability, initiative and a positive team-focused attitude

Additional Information

This is a permanent part-time position working 34.5 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday.
