Lotte Hotel Guam LLC seeks Cost Estimator responsible for analyzing the time, costs, materials, and labor required to provide tour plan services at Lotte Hotel Guam, evaluating budgeting and cost estimation approaches, and providing recommendations to management and the sales team. The role involves using hotel systems to assess departmental performance and cost efficiency, coordinating communication between departments to support planning goals, developing and implementing sales, marketing, and revenue strategies, managing revenue management systems, analyzing tourism, sales, and financial data, preparing sales and performance reports, coordinating with hotel departments and external partners to maximize occupancy and revenue, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and performing related duties as assigned.
