Lotte Hotel Guam LLC seeks Training and Development Specialist to utilize hotel systems and analyze departmental performance to identify employee training needs and skill gaps and tailor educational content accordingly. Develop and deliver training programs and workshop sessions focused on customer service skills, aligning with hotel standards. Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions to integrate training goals with overall hotel operations and service quality. Evaluate training effectiveness and employee progress to ensure long-term operational stability and a well-prepared employee base. Maintain training records and compliance documentation. Support employee growth and career development.
