The Counselor–Off-Site Facilities provides direct clinical services to individuals residing in long-term care facilities who seek wellness and mental health supports. Requirements:

Qualifications:
- Must hold an LMSW, LMHC, or be Limited Permit eligible.
- Experience in Article 31 Mental Health Clinics and/or with aging populations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse groups and maintain professional relationships.
