As a CRE Closing Administrator II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring commercial real estate construction and permanent loans are closed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This position partners closely with internal lending teams and external partners to support successful loan funding while helping protect the quality and integrity of the loan portfolio.

You have advanced knowledge of commercial real estate loan closing processes, documentation, and related systems.

You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bring strong problem-solving, research, decision-making, and customer service skills.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.

You work successfully both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Proficient with Microsoft Office products and eager to learn new systems and technologies.

Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, sound judgment, and discretion when handling confidential information.

You have knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to real estate loan closing and funding.

You possess a general understanding of the mortgage and commercial real estate lending industry.
