Creative Concept Designer

Z-Experience is seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Concept Designer to develop innovative concepts for luxury weddings, corporate events, and experiential activations. The successful candidate will transform client briefs into compelling visual narratives, creating mood boards, sketches, presentations, and creative directions that bring ideas to life. This role requires a strong understanding of branding, spatial design, and event experiences, while collaborating closely with design, production, and business development teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in conceptual design, creative design, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concepts for events, exhibitions, branding, or marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
• Experience with 3D design software such as Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent visual storytelling, presentation, and communication skills
• Strong understanding of branding, spatial design, and customer experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related discipline preferred
• Previous experience in events, experiential marketing, event production, or creative agencies is highly desirable
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and production processes is an advantage
