Join our dedicated Critical Care Unit at Cairns Private Hospital! We are an 8-bedded unit with primary focus on high dependency and cardiac care patients. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing outstanding clinical care and exceptional customer service to patients and their families.  This will involve assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient in your care.  

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skill set with extensive experience in critical care. 

You will also demonstrate:

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse 
• Minimum 2 years' recent critical care experience is essential 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster
• Formal qualifications in Critical Care desirable, but not essential

Remuneration: On offer for this position is a base hourly rate of $39.96 - $54.01 + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 Gr1-Gr8*).

Additional Information

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
• According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
