- Provide outstanding support to MYOB customers utilising phone, email, and self-service tools for current and future products
- Support customers as they migrate to our next generation online products
- Deliver world class service by responding to migration queries and ensuring customers get the most from their relationship with MYOB
- Identify and implement ongoing service improvements to better support our customer base
What You Will Bring
- An interest in Accounting or the IT industry
- Customer support or customer service experience
- Strong analytical skills that translate to excellent troubleshooting and solution skills in business applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and rapport building ability
The successful candidate will need to be available to start on Monday 10 August
