Customer & Marketing Consultant - Contract role

We’re supporting a consultancy who are designing and developing a global workshop programme for a life sciences client’s customer engagement team. The work will span three therapy areas — Respiratory, Dermatology and Rhino-Gastro — using one shared framework tailored to each area.

Tasks

• Run alignment sessions with global and country teams to gather inputs and shape workshop content
• Develop the workshop theme, structure, session flow and gamified activities across three therapy areas
• Produce facilitation materials and supporting communications, including guides, country comms, video and newsletter content

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• 2–4 years’ experience in customer, marketing, communications or engagement-focused consulting
• Strong workshop design and content development experience
• Creative, organised and confident working with multiple senior stakeholders
