Key responsibilities
- Run welcome and setup calls with new customers
- Guide customers through account configuration and first use
- Track onboarding progress and chase outstanding steps
- Prepare onboarding documentation and short how-to guides
- Hand completed accounts to the support or success team
- Gather feedback and flag common sticking points
What you'll need
- Experience in onboarding, customer success, training or account support
- Confident running video calls and explaining things simply
- Experience with a CRM or customer platform
- Strong written and spoken English and a well-organised approach
- A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work
Nice to have
- Experience onboarding customers onto a SaaS product
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Intercom or Notion
- Experience building templates or onboarding checklists
