Customer Operations Specialist Fluent/Native Japanese (m/f/d)

Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Operations Specialist to support purchasing and supply chain activities. In this role, you will coordinate orders, work closely with suppliers and internal teams, and help ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes in an international environment.

Tasks

• Managing supply and purchasing data
• Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
• Communicating with suppliers and internal departments
• Monitoring stock levels and delivery schedules
• Handling returns and resolving logistics-related issues
• Supporting smooth supply chain operations
• Identifying potential risks and helping find practical solutions

Requirements

• Completed commercial or logistics-related vocational training, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or order management
• Organised and reliable working style
• Good communication skills and team spirit
• Business fluent German and English
• Good MS Office skills
• Interest in working in an international environment
