We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a vital part of our customer service department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a positive and seamless experience when interacting with our company. Your primary role will be to assist customers, answer their questions, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a friendly and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and requests by providing accurate information and solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized customer records, including contact information, interactions, and issues resolved.
- Communication: Keep customers informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the customer service department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and computer systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call/chat volumes.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
