Customer Service Representative (CSR) Pune, India

Position Overview

The CSR Assistant will support the Customer Service team in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers, and assisting with order processing and documentation. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service within the semiconductor industry.

Work Schedule

• 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. Candidate must be located in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process and track customer orders, and file and back up order data.
• Maintain communication with customers, reply to emails, and confirm delivery schedules.
• Prepare shipping documents, assist sales staff in controlling shipments, and handle import and export matters.
• Provide regular sales status reports for sales staff and supervisors’ reference.
• Assist sales staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
• Assist sales staff in organizing customer data, including basic company information, transaction records, and issue handling status.

Qualifications

1.Experience

• 1 year SAP/MN operation experience.

2. Core Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems and interest in the semiconductor industry.
