We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about helping customers and delivering high‑quality support. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for our customers, addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, document customer interactions accurately, and collaborate with teammates to resolve more complex concerns. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to a supportive, solution‑focused service environment.

  • Responding to inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner

  • Answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, accurate information

  • Documenting customer interactions and updating account details in our systems

  • Resolving customer concerns and escalating complex issues when appropriate

  • Following up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer expectations are met

  • Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and policies to provide effective support

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience or 2 years of general customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to empathize and respond effectively to customers
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM systems or customer support software
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain a positive attitude, and de‑escalate challenging situations
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, friendly environment
