Role Overview:
You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Workday Supplier Workstream, assisting internal teams, external vendors, and agency stakeholders. You will handle supplier onboarding, invoice inquiries, payment updates, portal navigation, and troubleshooting. You will act as the primary contact for support requests and help educate users on portal use and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to support requests via tickets, phone calls, and emails regarding the Workday Supplier Module and Supplier Portal
- Assist external vendors and internal staff with supplier portal registration, tax form submissions, banking updates, and profile maintenance
- Guide users through invoice submission issues, purchase order matching problems, payment inquiries, and workflow errors
- Log, categorize, and track support tickets, escalating complex issues to Tier 3 analysts
- Educate end-users and vendors on portal navigation and self-service features
- Update knowledge base articles, SOPs, and quick-reference guides to improve user self-service
