What's the role?
As a Customer Success Manager at Glow, you will own renewal and retention outcomes for a portfolio of U.S. small business customers. You are responsible for protecting revenue, strengthening relationships, and ensuring customers feel supported and informed throughout the renewal process.
This is a revenue-critical, process-driven role. You will ramp into a defined book of business within 60–90 days and take full accountability for renewal performance and churn reduction. You will coordinate closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure renewals are executed smoothly and on time.

You'll be responsible for

  • Own a portfolio of accounts with full renewal and retention responsibility.
  • Proactively manage renewal timelines 60–90 days in advance.
  • Identify churn risk early and execute structured save strategies.
  • Manage renewal conversations with confidence and clarity.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM documentation.
  • Conduct structured check-ins to reinforce value and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove blockers and ensure smooth policy renewals.
  • You must have

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or renewals.
  • Proven track record of owning retention or renewal targets.
  • Strong operational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Confidence leading structured customer conversations.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and accountability.
  • Experience working with U.S. small businesses preferred; insurance experience is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work from 8pm - 5am PK time onsite.
