Customer Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our Maintenance sector in Tallinn, Estonia.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and support customers, visitors, and partners throughout their stay, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
• Coordinate transportation, travel arrangements, office preparation, and customer-related logistics
• Organize customer meetings, events, and hospitality activities, including after-hours engagements when required
• Collect customer feedback, support client retention initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams
• Perform administrative tasks and proactively report any issues impacting assigned responsibilities

Main Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Estonian
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and deadline management skills with high accuracy and punctuality
• Energetic, outgoing, and positive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to represent the company professionally
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Valid Category B driver’s license
