Responsabilitati:
- Gestioneaza activităti de asistenta suport prin intermediul apelurilor inbound / outbound, ticket on-line, e-mailuri pentru servicii care se incadreaza in aria de activitate
- Cauta informațiile solicitate de client utilizand instrumentele disponibile;
- Ofera solutii adaptate fiecarei probleme intalnite in conformitate cu procedurile Companiei si nevoile clientilor.
Qualifications
Cerinte:
- Italiana la nivel avansat.
- Cunostinte bune pachet Microsoft Office.
- Experienta anterioara in domeniu
- Absolvent de studii liceale sau superioare
