D365 F&SCM Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to join our team and work on large-scale implementation, optimisation, and development projects.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyse business processes, define requirements, design D365 solutions, and support projects from implementation through testing and delivery.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and/or Manufacturing
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into D365 Finance & SCM solutions
• Prepare Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and functional specifications
• Design solutions and coordinate their implementation with technical teams
• Provide functional consultancy throughout implementation, development, integration, and optimisation projects
• Support customers with functional issues and business process improvements
• Prepare and deliver user training and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance
• Present solutions and project results to business stakeholders
• Collaborate with international project teams and contribute to project planning and delivery

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
• Experience in D365 Finance & SCM implementation, support, or development projects
• Strong knowledge of business processes in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing
• Experience analysing, modelling, and optimising business processes
• Ability to design and implement complex functional solutions
• Experience preparing functional requirements and specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good project management and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams
• **Fluent Lithuanian and English **, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage

Nice to Have

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, particularly MB-310 or related certifications
• Experience with large-scale D365 Finance & SCM implementations
• Experience working with international or distributed project teams
• Experience delivering end-user training
• Understanding of D365 integrations and technical development processes
