Responsibilities

The Opportunity

• This position supports accelerated volume growth and cost-to-serve optimization by delivering daily routing services within the Daily Routing Team
• Execute daily routing for delivery routes using Omnitracs One Dispatch, based on order inputs, available resources, and required capacity.
• Provide routing support across PBC in partnership with delivery specialists to enable effective daily execution.

Your Impact

• Dispatch daily routes using Omnitracs One, ensuring routing plans are accurate, executable, and aligned with daily order requirements.
• Coordinate with locations each day to understand customer delivery needs, confirm routing feasibility, and support effective route execution.
• Ensure routing solutions comply with applicable DOT hours-of-service regulations and internal operating requirements.
• Build routing plans that support location productivity targets, including hours, stops, cases, and established SOPs for route-change levels.
• Maintain regular daily and weekly scorecards to monitor routing performance and support internal reporting.
• Identify and escalate issues, risks, or unbalanced growth patterns to the local team, and request strategic routing optimization support when needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with full professional proficiency in English and French

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, routing, or other roles focused on optimizing resources within operational constraints. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills

• Strong abstract, mathematical, and analytical reasoning to understand business drivers, influence key metrics, and solve operational problems. Execution and Communication

• Ability to self-manage, organize daily work, and consistently meet planned agendas and deadlines.

• Demonstrates clarity of objectives, forward thinking, sound decision-making, and a willingness to support talent development.

Work Schedule

This role supports business operations across multiple markets, so flexibility is important, mixed working hours.

Available working hours:

• 9am to 6pm (Hybrid)
• 12pm to 9pm (Remote)
