About the role

Our client, one of the world’s most loved online gambling brands, is on the lookout for Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning every customer interaction into a positive experience.

You’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers worldwide — assisting with betting, payments, and account queries via **Live Chat, email, and phone **. Your role will be all about providing solutions, guidance, and a world-class experience every time.

Requirements

• Native or fluent **Danish , plus solid English ** communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Strong computer literacy (experience with CRM systems is a plus)
