Sobre a vaga e missão do cargo
Como DATA ANALYST II - US GROWTH você fará parte do time de Global Growth e sua missão será gerar insights para tomada de decisão: análises e experimentos que acelerem aquisição, engajamento e retenção, com rigor estatístico e clareza para negócio — junto de Growth, CRM e Produto.
No seu dia a dia, você vai:
- Analisar comportamento, funil, cohort, LTV, churn e performance de canais/campanhas.
- Planejar, rodar e interpretar testes A/B (hipóteses, métricas, uplift, aprendizados documentados).
- Fazer estudos de oportunidade (segmentação, saturação, diagnóstico de jornada) para priorizar growth.
- Definir e validar métricas e regras de negócio com Produto e Dados.
- Entregar reportes e painéis com storytelling para decisão executiva.
O que buscamos
Obrigatórios:
- Formação em Estatística, Economia, Engenharia, Computação, Matemática ou área correlata.
- Experiência em analytics aplicado ao negócio.
- Base em estatística e experimentos (inferência, testes de hipótese, leitura de A/B).
- Métricas de growth/CRM (funil, conversão, retenção, multicanal).
- Tableau, Power BI ou similar; documentação clara de análises.
- Inglês avançado ou fluente.
Desejáveis:
- SQL; Python ou R.
- Conhecimento em Fintech, produto digital ou cross-border.
