Leads enterprise-scale data architecture and engineering initiatives, designing robust data ecosystems that support complex AI/ML operations across multiple classified and unclassified environments. Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement enterprise data platforms and infrastructureLead design of complex data integration solutions across multiple data sourcesOptimize data processing workflows for high-volume, low-latency requirementsEstablish data governance frameworks and quality assurance processesMentor mid-level data engineers and provide technical leadershipDrive adoption of best practices in data engineering and DevOpsCollaborate with stakeholders to define data strategy and roadmapsImplement advanced analytics capabilities and real-time data processing solutions
Qualifications
10+ years of data engineering experience with increasing responsibilityActive TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI PolygraphExpertise in distributed computing frameworks and big data technologiesAdvanced knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and performanceoptimizationExperience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineersStrong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements intotechnical solutionsExperience with classified environments preferredAWS experience highly preferred but not requiredMilitary experience strongly preferred
