Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a qualified individual to join our Operations team as a Data Entry Specialist. Success in this role will be based on your ability to multitask, communicate clearly and effectively, and adjust to changes in your assigned workload daily. A strong attention to key details will be required.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry
• Update case records daily with different data points
• Track service with third party process servers
• Read court dockets to ensure data accuracy
• File Dismissals or Writs
• Support Case Coordinators if assigned
• Handle other tasks as assigned

Requirements and skills

• Demonstrable ability to communicate clearly and concisely via Slack, email, or phone
• Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Familiarity with legal court dockets
• Ability to be successful working on a team or completing tasks individually
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools (specifically Excel & Outlook)
• Excellent listening abilities
• Problem solving & Critical thinking
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• General computer skills
