Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch labor crews for eviction services across multiple locations
- Act as the primary point of contact for field crews, property managers, and clients during active job windows
- Confirm job schedules with labor teams and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Monitor job progress, track completion status, and collect required reports and photographs
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve field issues such as delays, access challenges, or crew availability concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to job activity, labor hours, and service outcomes
- Communicate professionally via phone and email to confirm logistics, respond to inquiries, and provide status updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between operations, billing, and client expectations
- Support post-job activities, including documentation, reporting, and follow-up coordination
Qualifications
- Prior experience in field operations coordination, dispatching, logistics, or operations support; experience in eviction or property services is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally in high-pressure situations
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with scheduling or dispatch software and general comfort with technology
