Verantwortlichkeiten

• Maintain product master data and bills of materials in BDE and SAP for trial and commercial grades.
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of product master data.
• Initiate new product code requests across sites (GER, SCA, LYD).
• Prepare and maintain trial specification sheets, customer product specifications, product lists, trial databases, and innovation-related documentation.
• Support reporting activities and administrative coordination of innovation projects.
• Coordinate sample collection for trial and standard grades for internal and external testing.
• Manage paper sample collection and customer shipments, including coordination of multi-site sample requests.
• Collaborate with Innovation, Production, Quality Management, Laboratory, Compliance, Environmental, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and colleagues across multiple locations.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of innovation-related product data and documentation across sites.
• Support the cross-functional execution of innovation projects through effective data management and sample coordination.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety requirements, policies, procedures, and training.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship.
• Initial professional experience in data management, product administration, quality, supply chain, customer service, laboratory support, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with SAP, relevant SAP modules, and master data management is an advantage.
• Strong affinity for data, analytics, and process-oriented work.
• Practical and technical understanding of manufacturing or production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Teams.
• Good command of German and English.
