Data Specialist, GRA

Overview

ibex. is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data and translating it into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role will work closely with our internal stakeholders to identify trends, create reports, and develop predictive models.

Responsibilities

• Managing the Client ID lifecycle including creation of Client IDs, Access management, Agent hierarchy management as well as the ID termination process.
• Managing the full end to end ID recruitment process by working with internal and external stakeholders (operations and client) to understand their need for access provisioning.
• Maintaining an agent to supervisor to operations manager hierarchy and work with the operations department and client to keep it up to date internally as well as within the client systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or relevant discipline
• 3+ years of experience
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Technologies especially Microsoft Office, Outlook
• Must be willing to work in unconventional shifts (on call/afterhours/weekends)
• Good reasoning abilities, troubleshooting & sound judgment skills
• Tactful, mature, flexible, people-oriented
