Database Administrators

At TechBiz Global, we are providing recruitment service to our TOP clients from our portfolio. We are currently seeking Database Administrators to join one of our clients' teams. Responsibilities:

• Administration of SAP HANA databases (primary), ASE and optionally DB2.

• Handle installation, upgrades, backup & recovery, performance tuning, and security.

• Design and implement HA/DR strategies and system copies.

• Drive scripting and automation for operational efficiency.

• Maintain day-to-day documentation and operational runbooks.

• Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes.

• Contribute to optimization and tuning of system performance.

• Work independently in a production environment with global stakeholders.

Requirements

• 9+ years of DBA experience with strong expertise in SAP HANA; ASE/DB2 is a plus.

• Strong Linux knowledge.

• Proven track record in operational roles with 24/7 support and on-call experience.

• Experience with scripting and automation tools/processes.

• Knowledge of database security, export-import, replication, and system copies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

• Professional certification in database platforms is desirable.

• Project management exposure is advantageous.

• Availability to start operations within 4 weeks.
