We are currently looking for a Gardner to join our team at Seabank Resort & Spa.

The Job:

• Carry out general gardening duties, including planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and lawn care.
• Maintain gardens, green areas, and landscaping to the highest standard across the resort.
• Operate and maintain gardening equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor plant health and identify potential issues such as pests or diseases.
• Ensure all garden areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests.
• Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects as needed.
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or in landscaping/gardening.
• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and outdoor maintenance.
• Ability to use and maintain gardening tools and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping outdoor areas well-maintained.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
