Deli Manager/Supervisor - Full Time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Deli Manager/Supervisor to join our team at LONDIS Trim located on the Dublin Rd.

This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead our deli department and ensure the highest level of customer service and food quality.

The Role:

• Oversee daily operations of the deli department

• Manage and train deli staff to maintain excellent service standards

• Ensure food safety regulations and cleanliness standards are met

• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

• Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and achieve targets

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience in fresh food/deli department required

• Knowledge in food safety, hygiene and HACCP required

• Customer driven with great communication and interpersonal skills

• Hard-working and flexible, with the ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative

• Professional & polite manner is essential

• Committed to continually improving department standards with an attention to detail

• Committed to delivering great customer experiences in a busy environment
