SLN Group is a growing delivery business built on reliability, professionalism, and doing things the right way. We're launching into a new area in partnership with the world’s largest online retailer — and we’re looking for positive, motivated drivers to help us deliver!

 

As a self-employed Multi-Drop Delivery Driver, you’ll deliver parcels to residential and commercial addresses within a designated postcode area.

Qualifications

What We Offer

🔹Weekly Pay – £121.50 per day + incentives (+ VAT if eligible)

🔹Van Provided – with insurance and fuel card at no cost to you

🔹Performance Bonus – Earn up to £10 extra per day (based on reliability and delivery metrics)

🔹Flexible Schedules – Choose from 3, 4, 5, or 6-day options

🔹Friendly Start Times – Routes typically start around 10:30 AM

🔹Smart, Hassle-Free Routes – Pre-planned via delivery app — no local knowledge needed

🔹9-Hour Days – From depot loading to return at Bellshill

Key Eligibility

✔  Aged 21+

✔  Full UK (Manual) licence held for 1+ year — or EU licence held for 2+ years

✔  Max 6 penalty points — no active IN, DR, CD, or TT codes

✔  Able to pass a basic criminal record check plus drug & alcohol test

✔  Right to work in the UK

 

What We Expect

• Reliable, safety-conscious and positive attitude
• Able to commute to/from Bellshill depot with own transport
• Weekend availability (minimum one weekend day)
• Physically fit — able to handle up to 150 stops and lift 22.5kg
• Self-employed (we can help you get set up if needed)

 

Training & Growth

Experience with multi-drop delivery (6+ months) is preferred — but not essential. We provide up to 10 days of paid, hands-on training to set you up for success. This isn’t just another job — it’s an opportunity to grow with a business that’s got your back.
