We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Pontiac location (1036 W Reynolds). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently while being part of a dynamic, customer-focused organization. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Pontiac area
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery time commitments
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company with a positive attitude
• Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challenges
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Build positive relationships with customers and respond professionally to inquiries or concerns

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
• Reliable and punctual with a demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines
• Positive attitude, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and the ability to perform routine checks
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications (preferred)
