We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Cahokia, United States location. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Cahokia area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service to all customers
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery times, and any special instructions
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and courtesy
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Safely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage and ensure product quality
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior to reflect our professional standards
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages up to 50 pounds regularly
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication and feedback
• Preferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience
• Preferred: Knowledge of the Cahokia area and surrounding neighborhoods
