DELIVERY DRIVER

ABOUT THE JOB

Looking for a job that keeps you moving instead of standing in one place all day?

As a Domino’s Delivery Driver, you'll spend much of your shift on the road delivering orders to our customers while earning hourly pay plus tips. When you're not on a delivery, you'll help the team with basic tasks inside the store.

Whether you're looking for a full-time job, part-time work, a second job, or flexible hours, we may have a schedule that works for you.

And if you're interested in something more than delivery, there are opportunities to grow into management and leadership positions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver customer orders safely, accurately, and on time

• Provide friendly, professional customer service

• Navigate throughout the store's delivery area

• Carry orders to homes, apartments, businesses, and other delivery locations

• Help with basic in-store tasks between deliveries

• Follow all company safety and delivery procedures

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• A valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards

• Access to your own reliable vehicle for deliveries

• Current vehicle registration and insurance

• A vehicle that is in safe working condition

• Ability to safely navigate the delivery area

• A positive attitude and strong customer-service skills

• Ability to safely carry orders and navigate stairs, apartment buildings, homes, businesses, and other delivery locations

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

We offer flexible scheduling with opportunities for daytime, evening, weekend, part-time, and full-time hours depending on location and availability.

Many Domino's leaders started as Delivery Drivers or other store-level team members. Opportunities may include:

Delivery Driver → Manager Trainee → General Manager → District Manager → Director of Operations

For those interested in entrepreneurship, becoming a Domino's franchisee may also be a future opportunity.

Training is paid and includes hands-on instruction, coaching, videos, quizzes, and on-the-job training designed to help you develop at your own pace.

Qualifications

 

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle with insurance & registration
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
• No alcohol/drug-related driving offenses in the last 5 years
• Background check and MVR required
