We’re growing our delivery team and hiring Delivery Leads to support a range of complex digital and AI initiatives across clients. These roles focus on driving execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product, design, and engineering, and enabling predictable, high-quality delivery across large-scale programs.
These opportunities include both active programs and pipeline hiring for upcoming work, with a focus on bringing structure and clarity to complex delivery environments.
What does success look like in this role?
Own end-to-end delivery strategy across complex, multi-team programs
Establish and evolve delivery frameworks, planning models, and execution standards
Ensure alignment between design outputs and delivery timelines
Lead backlog shaping, sequencing, and dependency management across teams
Define and drive delivery cadence (planning, backlog governance, story readiness)
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations at a program level
Interface with senior stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, and reporting
Implement delivery metrics and continuous improvement practices
Coach teams on delivery excellence and operational maturity

10+ years in delivery leadership across complex digital or platform initiatives
Strong expertise in agile delivery, planning, and dependency management
Experience designing delivery operating models
Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive level
Ability to drive structured execution in ambiguous environments
Experience leading without direct authority

Experience in AI, data, or platform programs
