𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

We are looking for an experienced 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to join a Repair & Diagnostics team working with advanced engine and drive products.

You will develop and maintain diagnostic and fault-tracing capabilities, ensuring workshop technicians have access to accurate, reliable, and easy-to-understand technical information through diagnostic tools.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

✔ Create and maintain diagnostic information, including Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) and troubleshooting instructions

✔ Ensure diagnostic information is clear, accurate, and reliable for service technicians

✔ Verify diagnostic information through physical or virtual testing

✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align diagnostic solutions and technical information

✔ Support continuous improvements in product diagnostics and fault tracing

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

✔ Specialist-level experience, typically 8+ years of relevant experience

✔ More than 5 years of experience working with heavy-duty engines and/or drives, including practical hands-on knowledge

✔ Documented knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM), technical documentation, and CAD

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

✔ Understanding of workshop technicians’ workflows and customer needs

✔ Excellent collaboration and communication skills

✔ Fluent spoken and written English

𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
