As a Graduate in our Digital Consulting team, you’ll join a fast‑growing practice with strong global connections, working on meaningful projects across New Zealand while learning from experienced consultants and building your digital career at KPMG.

Your Day-to-Day | Ngā mahi o ia rā:

  • Partner with client teams to help deliver workshops, meetings and project activities, gaining real‑world consulting experience.
  • Learn how Consulting services are delivered by supporting engagement reviews across various service lines.
  • Contribute to risk management and governance processes, including capturing key insights and supporting decision‑making.
  • Support the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, helping shape work programmes and project milestones.
  • Engage with clients to gather feedback and understand what great consulting looks like in practice.
  • Get involved in business development by supporting proposals and attending networking events to build your professional network.

  • Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Level 7 equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Software Development, Information Science, or another quantitative field, with strong academic performance.

  • Approach complex challenges with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused attitude.
