About this role
Join the Customer Success & Experience Transformation organization to help turn customer-adoption strategy into reliable execution. You will coordinate AI-enabled nurture and in-app engagement programs, keep cross-functional work moving, interpret performance data, and build repeatable operating processes. This is a hands-on role for an organized, curious problem solver who can connect details, data, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate digital-adoption and customer-engagement workstreams across business functions
- Maintain project plans, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action logs
- Use Excel and dashboards to monitor performance and explain key signals
- Support campaign setup, governance, quality checks, and follow-up
- Partner with Product, IT, Operations, Education, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Create repeatable processes, documentation, and controls
- Escalate blockers and recommend practical next steps
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in marketing, operations, IT project coordination, project management, or customer success
- Hands-on experience with Excel and metrics reporting tools
- Experience coordinating projects or programs across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to interpret metrics and communicate a clear data-backed story
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
