A Digital Final Artworker at FRASER interprets master campaign concepts and adapts them across thousands of digital and social assets, ensuring each piece is on brand, on spec and executed flawlessly across channels, formats and languages.

About this role

Your role

At FRASER, we combine strategy, creativity and technology to build impactful work for ambitious brands.

We're looking for Digital Final Artworkers who can take a master concept and carry it across thousands of assets without losing its craft or quality. Working from detailed media plans, you'll adapt campaigns for every channel, format, funnel stage and language, making sure each asset fits its purpose and is executed flawlessly.
This isn't a resize-and-export role. Some adaptations are simple and others need real creative judgement, so you'll need to understand the idea behind the work and apply your craft to make it work in every placement.

What you'll do

  • Interpret master artwork and campaign concepts, understanding the creative intent behind them
  • Work from detailed media plans (around 80% paid digital and social) covering hundreds of specifications across channels, motifs, funnel-stage messaging and languages
  • Produce and adapt high volumes of assets (often thousands per campaign) from supplied photography, graphics and video
  • Apply crafting skills to adapt each asset to its format and purpose, from simple resizes to complex re-compositions
  • Retouch and manipulate images where needed
  • Run rigorous quality control so every asset is accurate, on brand and to spec before delivery
  • Communicate early and clearly with a wide group of stakeholders and campaign owners across the agency
  • Flag risks, gaps or spec issues before they become problems
Solve problems independently and suggest smarter ways of working

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Final Artworker, ideally producing digital and social assets at scale
  • Strong skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Retouching and image manipulation skills
  • Solid knowledge of digital and social ad specifications across platforms
  • Close attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over quality
  • The ability to understand a concept and adapt it thoughtfully, not just mechanically
  • Clear, proactive communication skills, with confidence working across multiple teams
  • A self-starting, inventive approach to troubleshooting
  • Experience with multilingual campaigns (an advantage)
  • Experience with motion or video adaptation, e.g. After Effects or Premiere Pro (an advantage)
  • Agency experience

What we offer

  • Work on big briefs and projects for international brands
  • Chance to help shape the agency and influence growth
  • Working with fantastic colleagues in a collaborative environment
  • Competitive salary
  • Flat hierarchy, fostering a transparent and participatory work culture
  • International environment with diverse employees, clients, and locations
  • Experienced team: work alongside seasoned professionals
  • Opportunity for workation from European countries or South Africa
