1. Responsible for corporate communication, branding and digital activities in alignment with the strategies from Head of Marketing

2. Support Head of Marketing in the implementation of online advertising activities such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising and Ecommerce Boost Packages

3. Responsible for the development, proofing and production of creative materials in partnership with third party digital agencies and internal Marketing and TM members

4. Check and monitor compliance of all marketing materials to Corporate Branding Guidelines

5. Develop digital marketing strategy to achieve online metrics on reach, traffic, follower base, engagement and conversion.

6. Support TM Specialists in the development of TM-specific and campaign related collaterals/ printed and online materials and related sample requirements.

7. Align with Target Market Specialists for creation of product related contents for online.

8. Align with Marketing Manager on marketing events such as participation in conferences, exhibitions and sponsorships for brand related contents for online.

9. Maintain relationship with third party digital vendors and ecommerce enablers.

10. Monitor activities online thru brand listening.

11. Develop and prepare monthly email campaigns aligned to the push product based on performance.

12. Drive search engine optimization for Sika website.

13. Manage placements of online advertising across platforms.

14. Launch online campaigns to drive traffic and engagement in all available digital platforms.

15. Content creation for Sika internal digital tools (Pitcher, SikaWorld)

16. Develop and execute web and social media content and ad campaigns to drive traffic, reach and engagement in partnership with digital agency.

17. Ensure up to date contents in online platforms in terms of product technical contents, packaging, business information and campaigns.

18. Support implementation of E-commerce activities to drive traffic and sales in alignment with approved strategies with Head of Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration. Other degrees with qualified relevant experience in construction industry may be accepted.
  • An MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years experience as Digital Marketer either under a marketing agency or a brand principal
