Dining Room Server (FT 6am -2pm)

Job Description

The Server @ The Cardinal at North Hills enhances the quality of life for residents by delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our community. This role combines a passion for hospitality with outstanding customer service to ensure residents and guests enjoy memorable, personalized service at every meal.

Schedules: Full Time | Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm & every other weekend

Pay Rate: $16

Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid HolidaysExcellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K

Free Meal each shift

What will I do every day?

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed
• Demonstrate knowledge of daily menu and be able to assist residents with their requests
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings
• Perform other related duties as required

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day
• Be a great team player
• High school graduate preferred
• Some serving experience preferred

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?

• Food Handler’s certification as preferred (will help obtain)
